Grace Roak recorded 21 points, 12 rebounds, four steals and three assists to lead the Dragons (3-2) over the Shipbuilders (1-4) in Brunswick.
Emma Michaud and Sadie Mullen each added 10 points for Brunswick, which outscored Morse 25-8 in the second quarter for a 32-16 lead.
Reese Darling tallied nine points and Molly Cosgrove had eight for Morse.
