Drew Nelson scored off a corner in the second quarter and Alex Leopold added a goal with 20 seconds remaining as Waynflete (1-0) downed the Hawks (0-2) at Portland.
Ava Vander Schaaf assisted on the first goal and Nicole Adler on the second. Ariana Gray answered for Sacopee Valley with a goal in the final second.
Mya Clark of the Flyers and Lily Kick of Sacopee had three saves each.
