OXFORD HILLS 13, BRUNSWICK 3, 5 INNINGS
Cam Pulkkinen had three hits and drove in four runs to boost top-seeded Oxford Hills to a 13-3 five-inning win over No. 8 Brunswick in a Class A North baseball quarterfinal Thursday in Paris.
The Vikings (16-1), ranked third in the Varsity Maine poll, will host No. 4 Hampden Academy in the semifinals Saturday.
Pulkkinen was 3 for 4 with a double and three runs. His two-run single sparked a seven-run second inning that gave Oxford Hills a 10-2 lead. Gunner Truman went 3 for 3 with a double, an RBI and three runs.
Logan Garascia had two hits and Ben Perry drove in two runs for the Dragons (6-11).
