A four-run first inning propelled the top-seeded Mustangs (16-1) past the eighth-seeded Roadrunners (9-9) in a Class C South quarterfinal in Monmouth.
The Mustangs will host No. 5 Waynflete/NYA (11-6) in the semifinals on Saturday.
Jake Harmon, Rory Foyt (double) and Kyle LePage each two hits and drove in a run for Monmouth.
Three Mustangs pitchers combined for a two-hitter and 10 strikeouts. Logan LeClair pitched the first 4 1/3 innings, striking out six and walking five while not allowing a hit. Relievers LePage (1 2/3 innings) and Levi Laverdiere (one inning) fanned two batters apiece.
Kaiden Longley had a hit, an RBI and two runs for Mt. Abram, and Brennan Mitchell added a hit and drove in a run.
