Brennan Walker pitched a shutout to lead the second-seeded Rebels (14-3) to a Class D South quarterfinal win over the seventh-seeded Bulldogs (4-13) in Bethel.
Telstar advances to face No. 3 Buckfield (11-6) in the regional semifinals on Saturday.
Walker allowed three hits, struck out 13 and walked three.
The Rebels scored all three of their runs in the first inning. Maceo Bartlett had a two-run single and Bryson Walker scored on an error.
Colby Solberg had two hits for Madison.
