Kelsie Dunn pitched a two-hitter and Ryleigh French hit a double and a triple as the sixth-seeded Eagles (11-6) beat the 11th-seeded Phoenix (7-9) in a Class B South preliminary-round game in South China.
Dunn struck out seven and walked three. She also had two hits. Emma Wooley added two hits and two RBI.
The Eagles advance to face No. 3 Lake Region in the quarterfinals on Thursday.
Laya Spear and Aubrey Mitchell got the only hits for Spruce Mountain.
