Sophomore pitcher Lily Fortin recorded her 300th career strikeout and drove in three runs as the second-seeded Panthers (15-1) beat the seventh-seeded Bobcats (5-10) in a Class D South quarterfinal in Yarmouth.
Fortin struck out 14 and allowed seven hits and one walk.
NYA broke a 3-3 tie with three runs in the bottom of the fourth, keyed by Cami Casserly’s two-run double.
Brooke Fournier and Taylor Johansen both had two hits for Richmond.
