The top-seeded Panthers (17-1) scored six runs in the sixth inning to invoke the 10-run rule in a Class D South semifinal victory over the fourth-seeded Cobras (12-6) in Yarmouth.
Jordan Nash paced an 11-hit attack with three hits. Cami Casserly had two hits, Hayden Wienckowski smacked a triple, and Sadie Morgan chipped in with a double.
Lily Rawnsley allowed one earned run on five hits while striking out six as NYA, the defending state champion, advanced to Tuesday’s regional final against No. 2 Buckfield.
