Christian Beliveau hit a three-run double, Austin Brown had a two-run double, and Ben Cassidy added an RBI double as the third-seeded Red Eddies (12-5) jumped out to a six-run second-inning lead and defeated the sixth-seeded Eagles (8-9) at Auburn.
Austin Brown added an RBI single in the sixth, and Beliveau scored on a throwing error.
Brown pitched a complete game giving up five hits and striking out two batters.
J.D. Dionne hit a solo home run for Mt. Ararat. The Eagles hit into three double plays in the first three innings.
