Portland broke open a close game with four goals in the second half to secure its first girls soccer victory of the season Tuesday, 5-0 over Biddeford at Fitzpatrick Stadium.

Kiley McCrum scored twice, both set up by Maizie Chalmers, who added a goal of her own by heading in a cross from Sophie Knoll. Knoll also assisted on a goal by Mari Mas, and Jamila Mohamed got the final goal with an assist from Izzy Levinsky.

Portland is now 1-5-1. Biddeford is 0-8.
