Andrew Thomas rushed for three touchdowns and passed for another, leading Freeport to a 42-0 win over Maranacook in a Class D football game Friday in Freeport.
The Falcons (4-2) took control with a 35-point second quarter.
Thomas scored on a 6-yard run midway through the first quarter. After a Maranacook fumble, Thomas carried it in from the 4 on the first play of the second quarter.
Touchdown runs of 35 yards by Sam Willard, 15 yards by Thomas and 21 yards by Landon Clark made it 35-0. Freeport then capitalized on another Maranacook turnover, as Thomas threw deep to Sam Walker for a 40-yard score just before halftime.
Maranacook dropped to 1-5.
