Damon Martin passed to Landon Cooper for four touchdowns and ran a score, leading the Knights (4-3) over the Falcons (4-3) in Poland.
Cooper had TD receptions of 18 yards in the first quarter, 56 yards in the second, 10 yards in the third and 38 yards in the fourth.
Martin broke a 7-7 tie with a 3-yard run in the second quarter. Poland led 21-7 at halftime and 27-7 after three quarters.
Freeport scored on a 1-yard run by quarterback Andrew Thomas in the second quarter and a 6-yard pass from Thomas to Sam Willard in the fourth.
