Gio Staples passed for two touchdowns in the first quarter, Owen Taylor returned an interception for a score, and the Blue Blazes (4-1) rolled past the Knights (3-2) in Westbrook.
Staples opened the scoring with a 59-yard pass to Dimitri Lubin. Later in the first, Staples scrambled long enough to find Andrew McNeill wide open in the end zone for a 24-yard score.
A 6-yard run in the second quarter by Andre Hicks III made it 20-0. In the third, Taylor deflected a pass in Poland’s backfield, caught it at the Knights 25 and waltzed into the end zone.
Westbrook added two more touchdowns in the fourth quarter – a 7-yard run by Cole Tanner and a 4-yard run by Lucas Robinson.
Poland’s Landon Cooper caught a 40-yard TD pass from Lukas Gayton with 22 seconds remaining, then added a 2-point conversion reception.
